To guarantee rates & terms quoted, this contract must be signed and returned to Mr & Mrs Santa Claus asap. Refund policy: Should it become necessary for client to cancel this booking a cancellation fee will be charged: For cancellations more than 61 days before the event, a refund of the retainer, less 25% of the total booking fee; For cancellations between 31 and 60 days before, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total booking fee; For cancellations between 7 and 30 days before, the cancellation fee will be 75% of the total booking fee; For bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to event, the full amount of the booking fee is due. 
Bookings of 30 minutes or less are limited to Private single-family home visits. All other home parties, corporate and special events are a minimum one-hour call . For Special Events, performers will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to appearance unless otherwise stipulated above in this agreement. All rates quoted above include mileage. All costumes are standard Holiday Dress. Special entertainer or costume requests are at the client's cost, should be made to the booking company in advance when possible, and not to the performer/s. Due to the nature of our performer’s traditional outfits, it is necessary that they have periodic breaks and that their performance location be cool and comfortable, we recommend 65 -70 degrees. If indoors or outdoors in a warm environment, a fan for the performer and appropriate breaks will be necessary as per health and safety regulations. It is assumed that all events will be indoors, or that arrangements have been made if event is held outdoors, and therefore cancellations due to inclement weather are not accepted. Any and all photos taken of our performers, whether by individuals or professional photographers, are assumed to be for private or personal use of the client/s and their guests and may not be used for commercial or promotional use without written permission of the performer and Mr & Mrs Santa Claus
have read the above contract and agree to its Terms and Conditions. I understand that this booking will remain tentative, subject to cancellation by Mr & Mrs Santa Claus, until the signed contract and Down Payment are received.
